Dinner last night.... amazing selection of regional, chilled meat selections. Simple, not rustic.

Tara says: The bidet is magical! Every bathroom in the US should be equipped with one... it washes away all your sins! Haha!!

Following breakfast, we met with Diane, our amazing Italian language teacher. The team had a great time and the class flew by. 

Everybody is out exploring the town before Pranzo (lunch) then we have a busy afternoon with our first cooking class with Chef Cappecci. Some blogs and pictures from the students later today!
